Research Associate I

About the role

Support compliance with the company’s current marketed dental consumables, ensuring internal and external quality and safety requirements are met. The role primarily involves performing experiments in the research laboratory and completing all required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned experiments using appropriate equipment, techniques, and protocols while applying good laboratory practices.
• Plan a schedule of research activities under the guidance of senior R&D personnel, establishing daily or weekly routines to meet project timetables.
• Contribute to the design of experiments.
• Identify deficiencies and suggest solutions to problems of low to moderate complexity.
• Record experimental data and observations, completing calculations according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work.
• Prepare standard summaries of results.
• Develop knowledge of the company’s existing products.
• Participate in the evaluation of experiment results, ideas, competitor products, and new technologies.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality, complaint handling, and safety.
