About the role
Comagine Health’s Research and Evaluation Team is looking for a thoughtful and passionate individual to join our team as a Research Associate I. This role is a part of the Research and Evaluation Team, providing coordination and other support on research studies and evaluation projects. We are looking for someone with experience and interest supporting research and program implementation and evaluation projects. Responsibilities
- Performs standardized research and evaluation activities under leadership supervision, including developing project materials, coordinating data collection activities, and supporting dissemination
- Performs standardized support tasks for research and evaluation activities, including organizing project materials, taking meeting minutes, and keeping logs of compliance related documents
- Conducts supervised data collection, which could include surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits and focus groups
- Contributes to analysis and reporting under leadership supervision; may include quantitative and qualitative data and data visualization techniques
Requirements
- BA / BS in a related field.
- Experience with data collection and analysis using standard software tools.
- Experience in providing coordination support on research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate records.
