Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and conduct research on the journey of capsule formulations through the gastrointestinal tract using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) methods.
About the role
The successful candidate will be part of the Gastrointestinal MRI Research Group, collaborating with Medicine, Pharmacy, the Sir Peter Mansfield Imaging Centre, and the capsule formulation manufacturer. They will contribute to various projects, including image data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and liaison with industrial partners
- Recruiting participants for MRI study days
- Running MRI study days
- Data analysis and report writing
- Contributing to other projects within the team's portfolio
- Using initiative and creativity to enrich their curriculum vitae
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field
- Experience in MRI studies and/or pharmaceutical research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
Qualifications
- Relevant PhD
- Pro rata salary of £32,080 to £46,049 per annum, with a minimum of £35,608 for a relevant PhD

Pay and Schedule
- Fixed-term contract for 12 months
