About the role

We are seeking a Research Associate to join our Content team to work on expert professional and risk & credibility data. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality data by utilizing multiple research sources, internal content management tools, and automation-assisted workflows to compile expert profiles. The Research Associate is primarily responsible for curating expert professional and risk & credibility content to be presented to attorney-clients in a profile format, ensuring quality and accuracy before delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and validate critical content and data points relating to the world’s top subject matter experts
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, including professional licensure, publications, speaking engagements, media presence, industry affiliations, work experience, and areas of specialization
  • Train and support research team members on quality standards, best practices, and efficient data collection methods
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with domestic and international research teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflows
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting project deadlines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content quality, research processes, and internal documentation
  • Work in various professional databases and platforms such as MedPro, Scopus, NIH RePORTER, and Data Central, our content collection and curation tool

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team, KPI-driven setting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

Professional experience involving overseeing the accuracy and quality of product deliverables is a plus but not required.
