Research Associate (Bi Lab)

Responsibilities

• Investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying hepatocyte polarization and bile canaliculi formation using a variety of experimental approaches, including molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, and both cell culture and animal models.
• Prepare manuscripts and grant applications.
• Present research findings at national and international meetings.
• Mentor junior scientists.
• Participate in career development programs offered by the University.

Requirements

• Expertise in protein biochemistry, live-cell imaging, molecular biology, proteomics, RNA-seq, cell culture techniques, and mouse genetics.
• A Ph.D. degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years postdoctoral experience.
