A premier global biopharmaceutical leader seeks a Contract Research Associate to support formulation development for cell therapy products. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, contributing to breakthrough drug product design and manufacturing process optimization.

Qualifications

• BS with 5+ years of laboratory experience OR MS with 2+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience with aseptic tissue culture techniques in a BSC
• Solid understanding of cell biology and cell-based assays
• Direct knowledge and experience with CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) development

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
• Experience with flow cytometry, cryopreservation, and controlled-rate freezing
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like GraphPad Prism and JMP

Responsibilities

• Support formulation development, process optimization, and product characterization for cell therapy products
• Perform aseptic cell culture and tissue culture techniques within a biosafety cabinet (BSC)
• Execute cell-based assays and analyze experimental data to summarize findings clearly
• Contribute to the development and simulation of clinical administration procedures
• Maintain compliant experimental records and draft study protocols/reports under scientific guidance
