About the role

Join our team as a Product Manager. You will lead product development, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in agricultural technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product features and requirements
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions

• Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product management best practices
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the agricultural industry

Skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
