Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining scientific software (Python, C/C++)
• Running and managing large-scale simulations on the HPC systems
• Organizing and analyzing structural biology datasets
• Contributing to machine learning-driven modeling efforts
• Aiding with manuscript preparation
• Collaborating with lab members on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of mathematics, computational biology, and machine learning
