Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Support outsourced research activities across external research partnerships.
• Provide scientific and operational support related to chemistry synthesis, in vitro biology, reagent provision, and ADME/DMPK services.
• Cook up research operations to ensure efficient execution of external scientific activities.
• Aid with purchase order generation and support finance-related operational processes.
• Support budget tracking activities and maintain visibility into research-related expenditures.
• Cook up sample logistics and facilitate the movement of materials as required.
• Support data integration activities to ensure research information is accurately captured and maintained.
• Aid in resolving invoice-related issues and support associated operational processes.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to research sourcing and operational activities.
• Support business analytics efforts involving sourcing data and financial information.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external research partners to support successful project execution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across local and international locations.
• Contribute to the continuous execution and coordination of external research operations.

Requirements

• A strong scientific foundation in one or more of the following areas: In vitro biology, reagent provision, synthetic organic chemistry, or DMPK.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational activities.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and across international environments.
• The ability to support both scientific and operational aspects of outsourced research activities.

Pay

Payrate: $26.64 - $26.64/hr.
