Research associate Antibody Conjugation
About the role
This role executes complex and repetitive manufacturing processes in accordance with established SOPs, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to production timelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform antibody conjugation processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet production timelines and quality standards.
- Accurately document production activities and data within designated systems to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Support product processing operations, including retrieval, aliquoting, capping, and labeling of materials.
- Collaborate with Technical Services by providing scientific input and conducting additional testing to address customer inquiries and product-related issues.
- Contribute to product line development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management and general laboratory organization to support efficient operations.
- Execute additional laboratory and administrative tasks as needed to meet team and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a lab setting.
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Knowledge of general lab techniques, ability to handle repetitive complex tasks efficiently, attention to details, ability to plan, organize, and multi-task, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written.

Pay and Schedule
Salary Range Based On Experience Level $40,300-$57,600
Standard schedule hours with occasional variation depending on production needs. Minimal or no travel required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 5–50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive laboratory tasks for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity required for laboratory equipment and fine measurement techniques.
