Research Assistant - Pathology

Role: Research Assistant supporting pathology research operations in a regulated animal research facility. Responsibilities Learn and perform basic necropsy and histology duties following USDA regulations.Conduct quality control checks and document error corrections.Monitor and track laboratory resources, including equipment, rooms, and supplies.Operate computer programs for forms, procedure generation, and data capture.Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold client confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in animal science, biology, chemistry, microbiology, or biochemistry, or an associate's in veterinary technology.Comfort working in animal research environments.Ability to perform small and large animal necropsy procedures.Preferred: 6+ months experience in animal dissections and handling. Compensation: $23/hr
