Research Analysts and Associates

About the role

The Investment Analyst and the Research Associate will conduct fundamental research on companies, industries, and the economies within which these operate.

Responsibilities

• Gather, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data
• Conduct qualitative due diligence through interviews with industry experts and management teams
• Build financial models to capture key value drivers and company valuation
• Analyze and understand new technologies and innovations, and how these will impact or disrupt existing businesses and industries
• Help manage and coordinate research projects and processes

Requirements

• Finance, accounting, and data analysis skills
• Strong technical background in areas such as engineering, the natural sciences, mathematics, or computer science
• Raw analytical ability, as evidenced by outstanding academic credentials and achievement
• A passion for global value investing
• Foreign language skills are a plus
