Responsibilities

  • Contribute to analytical elements of client projects - including questionnaire development, sample selection, analytical and charting plans, and final report deliverables.
  • Liaise with Numerator’s operational and other support teams to successfully field projects and process the resulting data.
  • Design and propose high-quality research solutions to client questions through a solid understanding of sample, research methodologies, basic panel structures, and Numerator offerings.
  • Work closely with other members of the Numerator client team on client communications, such as price and scoping, questionnaire feedback, methodological design, etc.
  • Manage client workload as well as departmental internal initiatives and goals, with inputs from Research Consultant(s) and oversight from your direct manager.
  • Use AI-enabled tools as part of a thoughtful, accountable workflow to improve speed, quality, synthesis, project planning, and deliverable development while validating outputs and maintaining Numerator's standards for accuracy and client readiness.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to members of the Research Operations team as you work side-by-side on projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of quantitative research experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial focus to thrive within our growth-oriented environment, with a drive to contribute to our growth
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize accordingly while maintaining superior client service
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dispersed team environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, committed to providing the highest quality deliverables to clients
  • Analytical mindset with a penchant for strong data visualization and delivering actionable insights to empower our clients
  • Demonstrated AI fluency or strong willingness to build AI fluency: uses AI thoughtfully to support core work, understands tool limitations, validates outputs, and owns the final work product.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and tools
  • Experience with survey design and implementation
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
