Responsibilities
- Uses advanced analytic techniques to analyze agency data and identify programmatic implications.
- Designs and implements process and outcome evaluations and mission-focused research projects.
- Oversees the collection of quantitative and qualitative data and manages project timelines and deliverables.
- Completes literature reviews and writes IRB proposals.
- Prepares Agency reports and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals on an as-needed basis.
- Recommends, develops, and delivers staff training related to research and evaluation.
- Serves as a liaison to external evaluation partners.
- Maintains a library of all relevant program measurement data that is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Completes needs assessments, developing outputs and outcomes, and providing analytic support for the preparation of proposals and reports to funding agencies.
- Affords assistance with the execution of a variety of high-impact special projects.
- Might present findings at national conferences in order to promote the Agency’s mission and client-centric approach.
- Might supervise undergraduate or graduate interns, as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Requires a Master’s in Psychology, Human Development & Family Sciences, Sociology, Social Work, Statistics, or a related field; and 2+ years of experience.
- Requires a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Human Development & Family Sciences, Sociology, Social Work, Statistics, or a related field; and 5+ years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in select statistical packages (SAS and/or R).
- Experience with databases; proficient level experience with Microsoft Office including, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook with intermediate skills in Excel.
Pay
Competitive rate ranging from $69,136.29-$75,551.00 depending upon experience.
