Research Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Research Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will focus on analyzing uncrewed system movement data and related intelligence sources to produce actionable insights for senior decision-makers. The analyst will help identify emerging threats, develop risk assessments, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations that support technology development and operational awareness. Working across stakeholders, this position combines predictive analysis, research rigor, and polished briefing skills in a highly sensitive national security environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $128,000 – $140,000 annually Responsibilities Analyze uncrewed system movement data and intelligence sources to create actionable products Brief decision-makers on trends and evolving threats through reports and presentations Conduct predictive analysis to identify emerging uncrewed system threats and operational activities Develop threat forecasts and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities Apply predictive models and statistical techniques to assess uncrewed system activities Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and reporting standards Transform analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technology development Qualifications Active Secret U.S. Government clearance required; U.S. Citizenship necessary for clearance Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience, including DHS and/or DoD Proficiency in commercial or government GIS tools, such as ArcGIS, and OSINT Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers Strong research, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement benefits with 401(k) matching Educational reimbursement Parental leave Employee stock purchase plan Tax-saving options Disability and life insurance Pet insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
