About the role

The Research Analyst will report to the Head of Marketing Intelligence and Senior Partner, contributing to both quantitative and qualitative marketing research projects.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in quantitative marketing research projects: develop and program questionnaires, manage data collection, analyze results, and ensure project management.
  • Participate in qualitative marketing research projects (individual interviews, focus groups, ethnography): develop discussion and observation guides, conduct interviews and focus groups, take notes, and formalize learning.
  • Play a key role in writing and developing client documents.
  • Contribute to the strategic thinking of the studio’s mandates in collaboration with team members.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Professional experience in marketing analysis or marketing research.
  • Familiarity with SPSS (or Q Research) and Qualtrics (or other survey platforms).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques, as well as qualitative research techniques.
  • Proficiency in the O365 suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Very good writing and communication skills in both French and English.
