Rescue Ready Service Agent (Part-Time)
About the role
The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a Rescue Ready Service Agent to join our team. This is a part-time position with no company benefits. The hourly rate for this role is $25/hourly up to 25 hours a week.
Essential Functions
- Physical Annual Inspection of every assigned AED in the defined territory
- Occasional assistance with placement and installation of AEDs at customer locations
- Replacement of Pads & Batteries as needed
- Post Event support and data retrieval from AEDs
- Reporting issues through the Rescue Ready Services Ticketing System
- Assist as needed with special projects in the field
Required/Preferred Education And Experience
- Fire/Police/Military/EMS background strongly preferred
- Veteran Status is a required
- Certified in CPR/AED/FA is also Preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Rescue Ready Service Agent must be able to operate computer equipment and a smart phone with the Check AED mobile application

Hourly Pay Rate For This Position
The Hourly Pay Rate For This Position Is $20.00 to $44.80 Factors which may affect this rate include shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
