Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead
Responsibilities
Oversees the management and execution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain.
Coordinating with government stakeholders, analyzes requirements, develops technical solutions, and ensures timely delivery of ECPs.
Aid JSP customers in formulating network requirements and preparing service tickets.
Engage with COR and ACOR to clarify requirements and develop proposed technical solutions, schedules, and cost estimates for ECPs.
Manage two separate workflows for regular-priority and expedited ECPs, ensuring timely completion within specified timelines.
Ensure accurate breakdown of labor, hardware, software, and services in cost estimates.
Manage and track the status of all ECPs, maintaining an archive of ECP documentation for reference.
Provide monthly reports on ECP status to Government stakeholders.
Develop proposed technical solutions for ECPs based on analyzed requirements.
Initiate closeout process post-installation of requested services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager.
- 5+ years in DoD IT environment.
- Certifications Project Management Professional Certification.
- Education Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree (preferred).
Clearance
Must possess a Secret clearance.

Wage Information
Target salary range: $125,000 - $175,000.
