About the role

As a Backend Engineer at Starter, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side components that power our applications. You’ll work closely with frontend developers, data engineers, and DevOps specialists to create scalable and reliable systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies and best practices
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
