How to Thrive in This Role?

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in aircraft product development engineering
• A U.S. Citizenship or Green Card status
• A good understanding of systems engineering and ARP4754 principles
• Experience in requirement elicitation, validation, and verification
• Experience in aircraft integration and working with diverse stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical and systems-thinking skills
• A passion for innovation and aerospace technology
