Repro Attendant

About the role

This role is responsible for learning the basic operations of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in an industrial organization. You will assume responsibility for the finished product and fill in on any line as a line attendant as required at the main plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate guillotine and perform scrapping as needed for production.
• Read and understand production orders in English.
• Document quality checks on time, verifying correct count and label.
• Guide, teach, and direct co-workers assigned to assist you on any given machine.
• Know packing materials and procedures.
• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality standards.
• Assist in taking the line down and putting it back up.
• Assist in basic preventative maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to physically meet the requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
