Reprint Associate ( Princeton, NJ Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Assist department and Director with various Issue Purchase Orders to outside printers and binderies for manufacturing of both Adult and Children’s titles.
- Liaise with Inventory Management, outside vendors, and other key stakeholders to accurately manufacture and deliver finished goods in a timely fashion.
- Cook up with Digital Print vendors, troubleshoot file discrepancies.
- Prepare and traffic production files, ensuring all materials meet printer specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
- Manage daily reports and schedule updates for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and communicate across internal departments and external vendors
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Prior publishing experience a plus, but not required
