About the role
This job is responsible for investigating moderately complex and occasionally complex, represented claims which may include: uninsured or underinsured This job is responsible for investigating complex, represented claims which typically will include: uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims in A day in the life of a Represented Adjuster, and what it takes to do the job:
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers
- No cold calling— Connect through inbound calls and proactive outbound calls with active insurance shoppers
- Sell reputable products from Allstate and our family of brands
- Investigate moderately complex and occasionally complex, represented claims which may include: uninsured or underinsured
- Investigate complex, represented claims which typically will include: uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims in A day in the life of a Represented Adjuster, and what it takes to do the job:
- Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout your day
- Communicate with customers, attorneys, and vendors through different channels including voice calls, email, and text messages
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants, in accordance with all legal and business standard methodologies
- Utilize innovative platforms and tools to engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in bodily injury claim evaluations and negotiation, preferred
- Represented Bodily Injury claim handling, a plus
- Texas casualty claim handling experience, a plus
- Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully
- Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation

Pay
Compensation offered for this role is 52,800.00 – 80,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is a remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is not available for California, Alaska, Washington, and Hawaii residents.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in bodily injury claim evaluations and negotiation, preferred
- Represented Bodily Injury claim handling, a plus
- Texas casualty claim handling experience, a plus
- Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully
- Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license. If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire.
- If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed.
Compensation Data
You may be eligible for a $1,000 Licensing Sign-on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designate Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License.
