About the Role

- Contact Marketing Qualified Leads and convert them to Sales Quality Leads
- Prospect for cold outreach
- Contact and develop relationships with potential leads via phone and email
- Refer potential customers to account executives
- Maintain CRM and develop contact lists
- Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs
- Report product feedback to marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Close some SMB opportunities
- Generate pipeline for other Nemetschek brands
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Prospecting skills
- Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills
- Understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation processes
- Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, High Velocity Sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Characteristics like grit, strong work ethic, coachability, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development

Pay
Base pay range for this position: $40,300–$48,300 plus eligible commission.
Schedule
This role requires onsite presence in our Dallas, TX office.
