Representative Inventory Control

Primary Job Duties

• Conduct cycle counts using the scanner.
• Perform physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and reconcile cycle count and inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, audits, counts and adjustments.
• Record received product into the purchasing system within a timely manner.
• Scan receiving documents and invoices into the purchasing system.
• Communicate problems or discrepancies to management in a timely and efficient manner.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
