Representative II, Customer Service Operations
Job Summary
The Representative II, Customer Service Operations provides the Cardinal Health’s internal and external customers with an exceptional experience by phone. Service is provided nationally across all time zones. Our front line phone support agents are our first point of contact to assist customers to place orders, handle inquiries and typically receive 50 to 60 calls a day. Inbound volumes are fluent based on demand in the market.
Responsibilities
- Responds to all customers inquiries (order status, discrepancies, pricing/product inquiries, complaints, returns)
- Processes customer purchase orders
- Maintains operations by following policies & procedures
- Maintains customers confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Adheres to departmental service levels and KPI’s
- Adapts to new assignments and working in a fast-pace changing environment
- Identifies opportunities for continued process improvement
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience, preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Work experience in a high-volume call center, preferred
- Work experience in healthcare, preferred

Pay
Anticipated hourly range: $15.75 per hour - $18.50 per hour
