Monday-Friday 8am-5pm What You Will Be Doing Process account closing related account maintenance, fee processing, cash and asset distribution and statement processing accurately and timelyManage end-to-end operational workflows from intake through review, validation, processing, completion, and client communicationSupport account closing activities and administrative processes that may span multiple phases and stakeholdersCommunicate with clients daily to gather information, provide updates, and resolve operational inquiriesCoordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure service requests are completed efficientlyReview documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established proceduresIdentify process improvement opportunities and actively incorporate feedback to enhance the client experience What We Need From You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experienceExperience on the TrustDesk Trust Accounting PlatformAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environmentStrong time management, organizational, and workload prioritization skillsExperience working with account processing, account maintenance, or account closure activitiesKnowledge of operational documentation standards and transaction processing controlsExperience communicating professionally with clients and business partners by phone and emailUnderstanding of asset transfers, cash movement processes, and account servicing activitiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in wealth management, private banking, retail banking, or financial services operations Familiarity with full-cycle operational reviews and client service workflows Experience supporting multiple client relationships with varying service requirements Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore teams Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to receive and apply feedback What We Offer You At FIS, we hire the best—and in return, we offer a stable and supportive environment with opportunities to grow.
