Job Summary

Essential Job Duties

• Solves member eligibility exceptions within required state/regulatory timeframes.
• Processes member coverage of eligibility (COB).
• Supports newborn enrollment functions.
• Manages claims queue for timely and accurate processing.
• Supports application data entries for the enrollment process.
• Processes mail returns and updates member information.
• Maintains intake process for department emails.
• Facilitates IServe process and assigns tasks.
• Completes CMS Online Enrollment Center (OEC) process.

Required Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in health care, and/or customer/provider services experience.
• Data processing and proofing experience.
• Attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Positive work relationships with coworkers, members, providers, and customers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs.
