About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service with customer recognition and interfacing with the most critical element—accurate computerized checkout. This position requires excellent communication skills, basic retail knowledge, accuracy with computerized checkout systems, and interpersonal skills for dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management. It also necessitates being a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service with customer recognition
  • Interface the most critical element—accurate computerized checkout
  • Request and identify material from the warehouse
  • Stock shelves
  • Maintain store cleanliness both inside and out
  • Perform other duties as requested by Manager and/or Assistant Manager

Requirements

  • High school graduate with one year relevant work experience
  • Basic retail knowledge
  • Accuracy with computerized checkout systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills for dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management
  • Team player

Schedule

Lejeune - On-Site
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (can vary based on store)
