Primary Job Duties
- Generate and complete daily audits of the cage, slots, table games and other gaming departments; communicate problems or discrepancies to management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answer telephone, open and log mail and assist in other clerical functions.
- Retain accurate records and files pertaining to work performed by self and other members of the team.
- Reconcile revenue and expense reports to source documents, then distribute and file financial documents and reports.
- Create summary reports and complete daily audits.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Multitask oriented.
- Works well under challenges.

- Positive attitude.
Preferred
- At least six months of Gaming Accounting experience in a similar or related field.
- Working knowledge of Management Information Control Systems (MICS) and Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) gaming regulations.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education And Experience
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands
- Tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
- Prolonged sitting.
- Bending and reaching.
- Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 10 Lbs.
- Eye/hand coordination.
