About the role

The Directors Guild of America (DGA) is seeking a Reports Compliance Assistant Representative to support its mission through various administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Parse incoming DGA compliance documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all reports, transactions, and records.
  • Pursue missing member/non-member deal memos and other Reports Compliance documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal departments on the processing of DGA compliance documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Solid skills in math, spelling, grammar, and filing.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethics and organization skills.
  • Typing 50wpm.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or a combination of four years of education and related experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PC operating systems, filesharing and collaborative work applications (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, OneDrive).
