Job Summary The Reporting & Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering meaningful data and performance reporting to support operational effectiveness and informed decision-making. This position is responsible for transforming raw data into reliable reports, dashboards, and insights, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across the organization. Duties And Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain standard and customized reports for leadership and functional teamsConsolidate data from multiple systems to create clear, actionable dashboards and summariesValidate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies through regular audits and quality checksPartner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend data solutionsPerform trend analysis and provide insights to support process improvements and business outcomesMaintain documentation for data sources, report logic, and reporting standardsSupport ad hoc reporting requests and time-sensitive analysesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining and automating reporting processesEnsure compliance with data governance, confidentiality, and security guidelines Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligenceStrong proficiency in SQL and advanced ExcelExperience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or TableauSolid understanding of data visualization best practicesFamiliarity with databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing conceptsExperience working with large and complex datasetsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsProficiency in written and spoken English is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and managementProfessional working proficiency in Spanish/Creole a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Occasionally required to standOccasionally required to walkFrequently required to sitContinually required to utilize hand and finger dexterityContinually required to talk or hearContinually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboardOccasionally/required to lift/push/carry items up to 25lbs Quadel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
