Reporting & Data Analyst I (Corporate Finance)
About the role
A Reporting & Data Analyst I within the Corporate Finance team at Federated Hermes. You will analyze metrics, design reports, and create dashboards. Using basic data knowledge, you will collect, validate, analyze, and organize data into meaningful reports and analyses for internal customers. Identify process improvements and obtain approvals to implement proposed changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or reporting (plus)
- Experience with MS Excel required
- Experience with PowerBI reporting tools (plus)
- Ability to analyze and manipulate data to create effective reporting to customers required
Qualifications
Expertise in finance, business, information technology, or equivalent experience.
