About the role
The Reporting Analyst role connects decision-ready analysis with the broader operating needs of remote back-office support for parking and vehicle-assistance field operations, including dispatch, scheduling, billing, records, and customer care. The focus is on reporting analytical review within parking service operations to surface incomplete information before it becomes downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Own the Reporting Analyst workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
- Coordinate the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
- Review the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
- Maintain the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Track the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
- Ensure decision-ready analysis is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Quality is visible when decision-ready analysis is accurate enough for others to act on and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed. This is measured through reporting analytical review within parking service operations.

Pay
