Reporting Analyst

This role operates within a Philippine travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The Reporting Analyst ensures data and reporting reliability, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

The Reporting Analyst focuses on delivering accurate, analysis-led reporting within the dynamic environment of a travel agency. Key responsibilities include documenting workflows, reconciling data validation, and managing deadlines to ensure traceability and accountability. All work must leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action to support seamless handoffs and minimize downstream rework.

Responsibilities

• Execute reporting-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action for all checkpoints.
• Maintain role documentation and status tracking for all reporting tasks, adhering to a reporting-focused, analysis-led work profile.
• Reconcile data validation with deadline management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain clarity and traceability of all processes.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they impact operations.
• Apply judgment in follow-ups, especially when reporting depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure all work is traceable, unresolved items have clear owners, and decisions are documented for compliance and escalation.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
