About the Role
A Reporting Analyst at TK Travel and Events will work directly on decision-ready analysis in support of premium travel, ocean and river cruises, expedition travel, events, and milestone trips. This involves reporting analytical review within premium travel operations, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Working Strengths
- Use research and cruise program support confidently in reporting analytical review.
- Apply spreadsheet analysis without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document data visualization decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around data reconciliation, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Reporting Analyst workflow by helping the team investigate anomalies instead of masking them.
- Track the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
- Own the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
- Coordinate the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
- Review the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
Quality Standard
Quality is visible when decision-ready analysis is accurate enough for others to act on and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed. This is measured through reporting analytical review within premium travel operations.
Pay
Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.
