Reporting Analyst

Sight Sea Travel is looking for a Reporting Analyst to support vacation planning, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer service, and itinerary support. This position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from vacation planning, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer service, and itinerary support.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across vacation planning and reservations.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Sight Sea Travel team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting vacation planning and reservations.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$89,500 - $98,500 per year
