Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BI reporting, data analysis, or analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI (including Power Query, DAX, data modeling) and Sigma Computing.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience querying Snowflake, SQL Server, or Redshift.
- Experience translating business requirements into effective dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Sigma Computing.
- Partner with stakeholders across mortgage operations, sales, finance, and compliance to gather and translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions.
- Build and optimize data models, calculated fields, and DAX measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Connect to and query data sources including SQL databases, Snowflake, and Databricks to develop reliable data pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards, ensuring performance and data integrity.
