About the Role

A Reporting Analyst at Hallford Travels will work directly on decision-ready analysis supporting personalized leisure vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, itineraries, suppliers, and traveler support. The position emphasizes accuracy and traceable follow-through within leisure travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Reporting Analyst workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Track and investigate anomalies instead of masking them.
• Document calculations and assumptions to ensure clarity and traceability.
• Translate findings into practical next actions for the team.
• Validate source data before analysis to ensure accuracy.

Skills

• Confident use of Spreadsheet Analysis and Data Visualization.
• Apply Data Reconciliation while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in Data Analysis, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
