Reporting Analyst

About the Role

The Reporting Analyst operates within Brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. The role focuses on reporting and data reliability, ensuring decisions reflect the actual operating environment across these areas. The analyst must keep confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate while maintaining a reporting-focused, analysis-led work profile.

Responsibilities

• Document reporting and dashboard activities, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
• Maintain elevare branding role documentation with status tracking, following a reporting-focused, analysis-led approach.
• Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain clarity and usability of data.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
• Ensure completed work is traceable, unresolved items have owners, and data remains reliable under the demands of the operating environment.

Requirements

• Use Elevare Branding Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently to support brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a reporting-focused workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
• Exercise judgment around follow-up, especially when reporting depends on external confirmation rather than assumptions.
• Combine exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
