Draftomat is looking for a Reporting Analyst to contribute to customer service, scheduling, gardening and landscape-related operations, order coordination, project support, and vendor administration. You will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights while working with the teams responsible for this area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from customer service, scheduling, gardening and landscape-related operations, order coordination, project support, and vendor administration.
- Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
- Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across customer scheduling and service operations.
- Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Draftomat team.
- Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting customer scheduling and service operations.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.
Requirements
- Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
- Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
- Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
$91,000 - $99,500 per year
