Reporting Analyst

About the Role

Beth's Beautiful Destinations is seeking a Reporting Analyst for hands-on work centered on decision-ready analysis and the day-to-day demands of leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The role focuses on reporting analytical review within leisure booking support, with decisions grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.

Success in this role is measured by the reliability of decision-ready analysis and the proactive identification of repeated failure points before they impact customers, partners, or teammates.

Responsibilities

• Translate findings into practical next actions to review and maintain the Reporting Analyst workflow.
• Validate source data before analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build reports around clearly defined metrics to track workflow performance.
• Investigate anomalies instead of masking them to maintain data reliability.
• Document calculations and assumptions to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Confidently use Vacation Client Service and Source Verification in reporting analytical review.
• Apply Data Integrity practices while managing exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document Data Analysis decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in Spreadsheet Analysis, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
