Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote - United States | Job Type: Full Time
About the role
nō BS Design is looking for a Reporting Analyst who can contribute to recurring reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and dependable data interpretation. This is a remote United States position where disciplined documentation and consistent ownership are as important as completing the task itself. Accuracy should be preserved even when volume increases. If a deadline conflicts with the quality required to complete work responsibly, you should raise the issue early and make the tradeoff visible to the appropriate owner. Consistent documentation is an important part of the position. Notes, trackers, and files should be maintained in a way that supports review, follow-up, and continuity when work passes between people or teams.

- Identify repetitive manual reporting steps that can be simplified without weakening controls.
- Prepare scheduled reports and dashboards using approved data sources and definitions.
- Maintain KPI tracking files and investigate material changes or unusual results.
- Document metric definitions, data sources, and changes that affect trend comparisons.

- Organized documentation habits and comfort maintaining recurring report schedules.
- Comfort learning SQL, dashboards, and internal reporting systems.
- Ability to maintain consistent definitions across repeated reporting cycles.
- Success will be measured by dependable execution, accurate documentation, and useful communication—not by rushing through work at the expense of quality.
