The Reporter position involves delivering unbiased, hyperlocal news to tens of thousands of readers through the Community Impact Newspaper. Stories are engaging and informative, covering the community in depth.

Responsibilities

• Weave data and speech into engaging, informative, and unbiased stories
• Show true curiosity about the world around you
• Witness and connect with the lives of people in your community
• Juggle multiple leads and stories
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to make your media as beautiful as it is meaningful
• Grow your Journalism career

Requirements

• Ability to work outside of regular office hours to attend community meetings
• Ability to be out in the communities we serve taking photos and connecting with sources

Pay

$46,000 Annually
