The Reporter writes unbiased, hyperlocal news for readers in a major metro market. Stories are delivered directly to tens of thousands of readers' homes and are engaged with on digital platforms every day. Two million mailboxes get the Community Impact Newspaper each month.

Responsibilities

• Weave data and speech into engaging, informative and unbiased stories
• Show true curiosity for the world around you
• Witness and connect with the lives of people in your community
• Juggle multiple leads and stories
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to make your media as beautiful as it is meaningful

Requirements

• Work outside of regular office hours to attend community meetings
• Be out in the communities we serve taking photos and connecting with sources
