About the role

Lead the adoption of AI-native software engineering practices across the enterprise by helping business and technology teams identify high-value opportunities, redesign development workflows, establish governance, and accelerate software delivery using Replit. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architecture, security, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise adoption of AI Native Engineering practices.
• Assess current software delivery processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Develop AI engineering roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Define adoption strategy across functions and product teams.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business and engineering teams.
• Identify candidate applications for AI-assisted modernization.
