About the role

This Replenishment Lead will support the Operations Manager/General Operations Manager by leading, guiding, and directing a group of associates while ensuring daily departmental goals are met through Williams-Sonoma objectives in Safety, Service, Quality, and Cost in the assigned department. The position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Share business information through floor presence
  • Work well with other department Leads/Operations Managers in assisting and trading resources when necessary
  • Suggest improvements to current techniques
  • Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience
  • Control the workflow on the floor, including prioritizing team goals to ensure deadlines are met
  • Track productivity, research and resolve issues, and provide feedback on productivity and quality-related performance
  • Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and be extremely detailed in all written and verbal communications/documentation
  • Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
  • Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
  • Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of work experience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

Physical Requirements

  • Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
  • Ability to climb stairs and/or walk 100% of the day
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday | 7:30am - 4:00pm
