Replenishment Lead

About the role
This Replenishment Lead will support the Operations Manager/General Operations Manager by leading, guiding, and directing a group of associates while ensuring daily departmental goals are met through Williams-Sonoma objectives in Safety, Service, Quality, and Cost in the assigned department. The position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Share business information through floor presence
- Work well with other department Leads/Operations Managers in assisting and trading resources when necessary
- Suggest improvements to current techniques
- Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience
- Control the workflow on the floor, including prioritizing team goals to ensure deadlines are met
- Track productivity, research and resolve issues, and provide feedback on productivity and quality-related performance
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and be extremely detailed in all written and verbal communications/documentation
- Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
- Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
- Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
Physical Requirements
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
- Ability to climb stairs and/or walk 100% of the day
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Sunday - Thursday | 7:30am - 4:00pm
