About the role

The Replenishment Driver (Customer Support Coordinator) delivers and stocks products in vending equipment, maintains accurate inventory levels, and ensures machines are in proper working order. This role serves as the primary contact between customers and internal teams, performing routine maintenance, break/fix activities, and after-hours support as needed. It also acts as a training ground for future growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to replenish inventory and perform repairs on vending equipment.
  • Organize and pack van with inventory for deliveries and replenishment.
  • Load and unload product properly on DGI vehicles.
  • Ensure the DGI vehicle is clean and tidy by the end of each business day; report any vehicle maintenance issues.
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the inventory team.
  • Communicate clearly with internal departments regarding assigned vending accounts and any issues.
  • Provide after-hours support for down equipment (less than 5% of the time).
  • Perform weekly stock replenishment for all assigned accounts.
  • Assist APS OPS Tech Support in repairing down systems and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Support customer requests for assistance during facility visits.
  • Monitor reports (e.g., Expedite Reports, Cycle Counting, ScaleMate Error) and take action when needed.
  • Update machine database, including adding new customer employees, pictures, or descriptions as needed.
  • Assist in helpdesk functions when required.
  • Perform basic sanitation duties on vending equipment and company vehicle.
  • Observe all safety policies and procedures, including wearing steel-toed shoes at all times.
  • Provide occasional warehouse support as requested by management.
  • Adhere to the DoALL Fleet Vehicle Policy and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Mechanically inclined; experience in basic mechanical repairs preferred.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Passionate, adaptable, customer-focused, and teamwork-oriented.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Solid experience in customer relations and time management.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and networking preferred.
  • Equivalent job-related experience (e.g., AutoCrib, VMI, Inventory Management) preferred.

Pay

$20–$22 per hour.
