Overview
The Replenishment & Allocation Analyst II manages replenishment and allocation processes with high independence. This role involves analyzing inventory data, supporting promotional and seasonal strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and reduce shrink.
Responsibilities
- Execute replenishment strategies and allocation plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with planning and merchandising teams to support seasonal and promotional initiatives.
- Troubleshoot inventory issues and propose solutions to minimize stock-outs and overstocks.
- Prepare and interpret reports for management, providing insights on inventory performance.
- Analyze supplier performance reports.
- Collaborate with Manager and Supplier(s) to identify and implement efficient ordering practices that drive improvement in supplier on-time and in-full % and reduce cost.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in replenishment, allocation, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
