Replenishment Analyst
Full-Time | Onsite – Bentonville, AR
Overview
At Nile, in-stock isn't a metric someone checks once a week — it's the daily proof that our clients can trust their numbers. We're looking for a Replenishment Analyst who takes ownership of the details: monitoring performance daily, catching problems before they become client conversations, and turning raw data into a clear, credible point of view. This role works closely with client teams and Walmart replenishment counterparts to keep the whole chain moving. If you love digging into a data set until you know exactly what's driving the trend — and you'd rather flag a risk early than explain it away later — this role is for you.
About Nile Commerce
At Nile Commerce, we help brands win wherever customers shop — online or in-store. Our replenishment team is the bridge between our clients and Walmart, keeping shelves stocked and forecasts sharp. Our culture is built on three core values:
- Launch into the Deep: pursue excellence relentlessly;
- Go One More Mile: stay disciplined, keep commitments, and push through setbacks;
- Give More Than You Receive: build lasting relationships through humility, gratitude, and generosity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver weekly reporting to assigned clients, flagging concerns, risks, and notable trends rather than just passing along numbers
- Monitor in-stock performance daily on assigned items and drive issues to resolution
- Support OTIF performance, tracking fill rate and on-time shipment metrics and helping identify root causes when they slip
- Assist with demand forecasting and replenishment analysis by updating monthly forecasting files and reviewing with manager prior to distributing
- Help maintain a consistent meeting cadence with client teams and Walmart replenishment counterparts, sitting in on merchant and buyer conversations
- Build working proficiency across Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, NOVA, and all other applications required
- Coordinate and track new item setups, promotional planning, and other cross-functional work as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in retail replenishment, supply chain, merchandising, category analysis, or a closely related area
- Strong Excel skills, including comfort working with large data sets, pivot tables, and lookups
- Analytical instincts: you notice when a number looks wrong and you dig in rather than reporting it forward
- Clear written communication, since much of this job is turning data into a client-facing point of view
- Reliability and follow-through — in-stock issues don't wait
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, NOVA or other Walmart applications
- Experience on the supplier side of a Walmart relationship
